I chose a career in dentistry because I greatly enjoy connecting with people and having the opportunity to contribute to their overall health and well-being. It is my goal, for every patient that I have the privilege to treat, to restore them to function and comfort.  I am returning to the Tampa Bay area where I was born and raised after living all across the United States with my wife who is currently serving in the United States Air Force.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida in 2007 and went on to receive a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2013, where I graduated near the top of my class. In 2014, I completed an optional one-year General Practice Residency at Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL, where I was awarded resident of the year.

Over the past few years, I have been active in continuing education with the Chicago Dental Society. I truly enjoy learning new treatment methods and materials that inevitably help patients to have more comfortable experiences and better outcomes. It is not at all uncommon for me, even after a long day at the office, to listen to hours of dental podcasts. I am always trying to refine my craft so that I can be the best for my patients. I am a current member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and West Coast District Dental Association.

In my spare time, I enjoy all things Florida Gators, golf and traveling. Throughout the years, I have also enjoyed volunteering my time with Florida Mission of Mercy and Nebraska Mission of Mercy in providing free dental care for disadvantaged patients. My wife of nearly 10 years is an active duty periodontist and we have three boxers (Boss, Maggie and Nola).
